I have read and agree to the website Terms & Conditions. I, a prospective purchaser, agree to pay Besafe Property Inspections the sum associated with the above agreement selected.
As a result, I will receive a copy of the Building and Pest report or Strata Report in relation to the above property.
In the event that I am the successful purchaser, or anyone associated to me purchases the above property, I agree to pay the buyers fee sum mentioned above as part of my agreement to transfer the reports under my name.
I authorise Besafe Property Inspections to deduct the credit card entered above with any outstanding report fee or part thereof, pursuant to this Agreement.

• Payment can only be made by credit card and must be made prior to the inspection taking place.
• By completion the Vendor Contract, you agree to pay the balance of the report cost if the property does not sell or if reports purchased do not cover the balance of cost.
• I authorise BeSafe Property Inspections to debit the credit card entered at the time of purchase with any outstanding fee pursuant to this agreement, if required.
